Clip of the Week: Planting a Fuchsia Basket

July 23, 2010 at 12:00 AM 2 comments

Hello everyone, and happy Friday!

This week’s clip is another Summer project for your garden: the hanging fuchsia basket!

It’s a quick, easy project that really does make a significant visual impact in your garden, on your deck, or wherever else you choose to hang it.

Have a wonderful weekend, and we’ll see you here Monday.

Sincerely,

Ed

Thank you Mr. Hume, for giving me a greater interest in gardening and plant care. I watched you every weekend as a child, way back in the 60’s and the 70’s. It was your passion that always came through and touched me. I am now almost 50 years old and still recommend anyone looking for expert tips, to make sure to find your tips online, in books or on video. You are, and always have been, my favorite gardener!! I now live in Florida and truly miss not seeing your glorious self on TV. Thank you again for all you do for us and being generous enough to share your wisdom. I will always be a fan of yours and will always give you the credit for the tips and ideas that I pass on to others.

      Hi Judy:
Thanks for the exceptionally nice comments about me and our web site.
We invite everyone to visit http://www.humeseeds.com and our blog edhume.wordpress.com There’s a lot of information on both sites. You may have to adjust the information a bit depending upon where you live, but the basics are there.
      Thanks again!
      Ed
