Clip of the Week: Selecting and Starting Seeds

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the people of Japan this morning.  What a horrible disaster.  We can only hope the wave of destruction has ended and the repair process, both physical and emotional, can begin.

In the excitement to start your garden this season, you may decide to start some of your seeds early indoors.  This is fine, but not all seeds benefit from this practice.  In fact, such a course of action can be detrimental to some plants.  This week’s video (seen below) goes into the details of selecting and starting seeds.

As always, our videos can be viewed on our blip.tv channel (link to the right) or downloaded for free from the iTunes Store (search for “ed hume”).

Enjoy your weekend, and we’ll be back with you here on Monday.

Sincerely,

Ed Hume
